Steven has over 15 years of experience in developing and managing engineering solutions across various RIBA Stages and sectors. He has led engineering design teams, coordinated other building-related consultancy disciplines, formulated programmes and commercial plans, all whilst managing the expectations and outputs of various stakeholders. Steven rounds-off his engineering skills with pre-acquisition technical due diligence, vendor’s reports, dilapidations, feasibility studies, and life cycle cost plans (PMPs).
