I have led engineering design teams, coordinated with other building-related consultancy disciplines, developed programmes and commercial plans, and managed the expectations and deliverables of a wide range of stakeholders.

I complement my engineering expertise with experience in pre-acquisition technical due diligence, vendor reports, dilapidations, feasibility studies, and life cycle cost plans (PMPs).
